Manchester 7/28/2014 – Minuteman Health (http://www.minutemanhealth.org), the member-governed non-profit health insurance plan set to begin selling products in New Hampshire in 2015, today announced it has established its state office at One Sundial Avenue, Suite 512, in Manchester. “We are pleased with how our network is coming together and we look forward to offering New Hampshire residents and small businesses some great new options in the coming year,” said Glenn Klink, executive director of Minuteman Health New Hampshire. Klink praised the Manchester and state business community, as well as the state Department of Insurance, for their professionalism in working with Minuteman as the company establishes itself in the state. “We couldn’t ask for anything more in terms of their responsiveness and helpfulness,” Klink said.
Minuteman Health is a new member-governed, non-profit health insurance option for Massachusetts’ residents. The company intends to offer individuals and small businesses lower-cost high-quality care with unprecedented transparency, increased efficiency and its unique member-governance structure. Plan members will directly participate by electing the board of directors, becoming board members and providing input for cost management and service delivery. Minuteman will be marketed through their website, brokers and the Massachusetts Health Connector.
