We created the MinuteMoms program to give moms extra support to help them stay healthy and feel comfortable – before and after delivery.
MinuteMoms can take advantage of the following services with no member cost-sharing (that means no out-of-pocket costs) when the services are received from an In-Plan Provider*:
The MinuteMoms program also includes tailor-made mailings with information and tools that will help get mom and new baby off to a good start. We send all new moms a handy immunization tracker tool that helps keep track of vaccines, as well as records the baby’s growth and important developmental milestones. And, of course, we don’t forget the babies—all newborns receive a special welcome gift. Because new moms are busy, when babies turn 15 months old, we send another immunization reminder and a special gift to mark your baby’s growth from infant to toddler. To sign up for the MinuteMoms Program have your OBGYN provider fill out the Obstetrical Pre-Registeration form. Or fill out the online form below.
Once signed up a Minuteman Health care manager will review the form and may contact you to discuss caring for yourself and your baby throughout your pregnancy. The care manager will send you a welcome letter with an informative March of Dimes “Prenatal Care” booklet, available in both English and Spanish. They will also provide you with additional information and resources including an overview of benefits, educational materials and links to free online resources. We’ll also work closely with your OBGYN provider to help you have a healthy pregnancy.
For specific plan benefits please refer to your Explanation of Coverage (EOC) or call the Member Services Team at 855-644-1776 Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm.
* Member cost-sharing applies if these services are received from out-of-plan providers. Make sure to STAY with In-Plan Providers when receiving care in order to avoid out-of-pocket costs.
